ES Solution

Grammy weekend is one of the entertainment and music industry’s most anticipated times of the year. From star-studded red carpet events and showcases to luxury gifting suites and private events, Echoing Soundz knew this secret show had draw the attention from the right audience for it to be a success. Our team developed a detailed plan for an extravagant event “CeeLo Green” style, complete with green lights, green carpet, lace wrapped live mannequins, fireworks, photo booth stations and on site-pamper lounge, for an eloquent event with a dash of mystique for the privileged. We were confident that our invaluable relationships with local, regional and national press would secure a successful amount of event coverage for our client and man of the hour, CeeLo.

Echoing Soundz secured a significant amount of press for the event including media outlets the likes of TMZ, Wireimage, BET, VIBE Magazine, XXL Magazine, The YBF, and Bossip. Using our industry and sponsor connections, Echoing Soundz negotiated an open bar by both Ciroc and Nuvo for an exclusive experience all night long (11pm-2am) Echoing Soundz successfully planned and put in place live mannequins, a pamper lounge, photo booths and a live performance by Mr. CeeLo Green himself. The Echoing Soundz team envisioned and implemented a “green carpet” instead of a red carpet, with a celebrity guest list including Faith Evans, Carl Thomas, Misa Hylton-Brim, Hoopz and more.
